Location. Located on its own sandy beach and surrounded by gardens, the Paphos Pioneer Beach Hotel is situated in a quiet part of Paphos, two kilometres from the harbour. Paphos International Airport is 15 kilometres away, with an approximate driving time to the hotel of 20 minutes.
Hotel Features. The Pioneer has its own private beach, alongside indoor and outdoor freshwater pools, and offers complimentary use of beach towels, showers, changing cabins, sun beds and umbrellas. Onsite spa services include a sauna, steam room, jetted tub, gym and health club. A range of massages treatments are also available, and the hotel houses a hair and beauty salon. The hotel provides a programme of daily entertainment, including dancing lessons, live music and quizzes. Shopping facilities include a boutique, mini market and souvenir shop. Complimentary parking facilities are available on site.

The Pioneer Beach Hotel's main restaurant offers theme buffets showcasing local Cypriot, Greek, Italian and Eastern cooking. The Christiana restaurant offers an international a la carte dinner menu, Regina opens onto an outdoor seating area and serves light meals, and the Marco Polo bar serves cocktails accompanied by live piano music. The Captain Cook poolside bar serves drinks and ice creams during summer.

The hotel's extensive bowling facilities include four lawn bowls greens and two short mat rinks, and a bowls coordinator who organises competitions and coaching (summer months only). Other activities on offer include aerobics, Pilates and yoga classes, pool and billiards, bicycle rentals, volleyball and a floodlit tennis court.

Guestrooms. The 235 guestrooms, over three floors, feature modern decor and furnishings and open onto balconies. Amenities include satellite television, refrigerators, telephones, coffee/tea makers and bathrooms with shower/tub combinations, robes and complimentary toiletries.
Gala Dinner
A gala dinner is included in the rates for December 24 and December 31, 2008. Guests will be charged for the dinner regardless of whether they attend.

Pay bed & breakfast, stay half board

Guests staying at the hotel between 1st July 2009 and 20th July 2009 who pay for the B&B rate will stay half board.

Getting there. The best way to reach the hotel is by car. A taxi from the airport will cost approximately 12 CYP.
